Got Ice?

Woke up to a brisk minus two degrees Fahrenheit this morning. My husband Jim joked that I had to go to Iceland to get warm. The average temperature today is 32 Fahrenheit degrees there.

Well, it's true. Our son James, and myself are heading to the land of "fire and ice". We can not wait! James is on his winter break so it is a good time. Moreover, it is prime time to catch the Northern Lights there. That is what we are hoping to see!

Usually we fly economy class, but we are flying Saga business class as it seemed to make more sense to pay a fraction more and get the perks. We get drinks, snacks and a three-course meal! More leg room and larger seats plus we get a toiletry kit thrown in. Yeah, we are looking forward to it!
